Mixed Teams
Tavistock run two teams in the Mixed Summer Hockey League.
The teams
play in a league based in and around Plymouth during week nights (normally Wednesday
or Thursday).
For 2008 the
Pumas will play in Division 1 & the Tigers will play in Division 3.
Both teams
play in Red Shirt, Black Skirt or Shorts, Red Socks.
Cost per
match is £3.00
Existing
club members have first priority in team selection, but anyone intending to play
for
the club during the following winter will be allocated games if possible.
The Mixed
teams are run on a more social basis than the winter season teams but the team spirit is just as great.!
Here are
the following final placements for the two mixed teams in the 2007 season:
TAVISTOCK
PUMAS - Div 1 Finished fifth out of six teams.
TAVISTOCK
TIGERS - Div 3 Finished third out of seven.
